when asking for support

Hello to all our wonderful ladies,
This is just to remind some of you, that when you come through on the ‘Contact Us’ form, you need to use the email address that you used when placing your order because there is no other way to locate you in order to link you up to support.
We appreciate and respect that today most of us probably have several email addresses, however we still need confirmation of the email address used when ordering, including the phone number you stated. If you have closed that email address down, then please quote the name and address of the person who ordered as well as the name and address where you requested the parcel be sent to and the contact phone number.
Without this information we can only reply to your email asking you to provide it, so if you can provide it at the time of contacting us, it will assist us to help and serve you better and spped up the process.
